For 2023 the long standing course has been improved by avoiding the short section on the main road (Copsem Lane), as well as the narrow path from the road, and the car park. The course now takes full advantage of the pathways of Arbrook Common to provide a beautiful run through the woods of Claygate. The final section is unchanged, and overall the course maintains the same trail / road balance as in previous years.

2023 will also feature chip to chip timing for the first time to ensure every participant gets an accurate time over the 5 mile course.
